The date of joining is specified in the offer letter and the prospective employee is expected to report for joining at 0930 hours on the said day.
Upon joining the employee is required to submit the following documents: –
All these documents are used to start the employee personal file and the required details are then punched in our ERP. After the details are punched in the ERP generates an employee code which is informed to the new employee prior to start of induction.
Only after all the details are punched in the ERP, the system allows us to generate the appointment letter detailing the terms and conditions of employment and compensation break-up, a copy of which is given to the employee.
There is a three-day induction training applicable to all employees as follows: –
There is an induction schedule which is signed by all the trainers and/or representative of associated departments certifying completion of induction.
After seven days, the Head of department of the employee fills up an induction evaluation form in which the employee’s understanding of the induction and his job role is evaluated and confirmed. If there are gaps, then the employee goes through a re-training based on the induction schedule.
Time office issues employees with an Identity card within a month of joining.
In the last week of the month, bank officials visit all company sites and complete the formalities of salary account opening for the new employee.
